In these times of uncertainty during the COVID-19 crisis, we have put in place further measures to make booking with us easier and more flexible.
DEPOSIT
Our deposit level is 20% of the total quoted land package price and full payment for international flights.
FLEXIBLE REBOOKING
Up to 45 days before departure, you may cancel or rebook your holiday package if booking is subject to forced amendments due to COVID-19. We will then hold the deposit of 20% of the land package price in credit which you can use towards a future booking with travel dates within 18 months from the original departure date. If the booking has been paid in full, we will offer to refund 80% of the land package price, or we can hold the full payment in credit for you also. Airline fare rules apply for your international flights.
Exceptions apply to Christmas bookings, flights, and cruises, which are subject to the terms & conditions of our partners and sub-contractors. Certain partners may also have specific conditions, of which we will inform you in the time of booking.
If booking is cancelled by you for any other reason normal booking conditions apply.
